Return & Exchange Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Baselayers (worn next to skin)
- Footwear that shows signs of wear
- Gloves & Mittens
- Beanies
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Exchange Shipping
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new items using the same shipping method as your original order. If you’re upgrading to a more expensive item, you’ll be responsible for the price difference plus any additional shipping costs.
